La hip\u00f3tesis es obtener formulados con cantidades m\u00e1s reducidas de cobre, baja fitotoxicidad y menor impacto ambiental, pero manteniendo una eficacia equivalente a los existentes en la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A trav\u00e9s del presente proyecto se desarrollan nanopart\u00edculas de diferente tama\u00f1o y composici\u00f3n, y se eval\u00faa su actividad antimicrobiana y su capacidad de inducci\u00f3n de defensas o promoci\u00f3n del crecimiento en las plantas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Los resultados obtenidos hasta el momento indican que varios prototipos de nanopart\u00edculas obtenidos mantienen las mismas propiedades que el cobre metal convencional (diversas sales), pero presentan una elevada actividad antimicrobiana, tanto in vitro como en plantas, contra un amplio rango de bacterias y hongos fitopat\u00f3genos, a la vez que se mejoran los aspectos de fitotoxicidad e impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">El proyecto se ha liderado des de las instalaciones de IQV en Cheste y el proyecto ha tenido una duraci\u00f3n de 33 meses. El presupuesto aprobado por el proyecto fue de 715.063,00\u20ac. El proyecto ha sido cofinanciado por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) a trav\u00e9s del Programa Operativo Pluriregional de Crecimiento Inteligente 2014-2020 y por el Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial (CDTI), apoyado por el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Competitividad (CDTI IDI-20151243).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6008 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iqvagro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/CDTI.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"68\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6011 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/iqvagro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/UE.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"60\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Nanopart\u00edculas de Cobre<\/h2>\n<p><span>La actividad antibacteriana de las\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"topic-link\" title=\"Obtenga m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre las nanopart\u00edculas en las p\u00e1ginas de temas generadas por IA de ScienceDirect\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/materials-science\/nanoparticle\"><span>nanopart\u00edculas<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0de cobre (Cu NP) es menor en comparaci\u00f3n con la de Ag o ZnO, lo que requiere concentraciones m\u00e1s altas de\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"topic-link\" title=\"Obtenga m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre las NP en las p\u00e1ginas de temas generadas por IA de ScienceDirect\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/materials-science\/nanoparticle\"><span>NP<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0para lograr los mismos resultados.\u00a0Sin embargo, el cobre, que es menos costoso que otros nanometales, se puede utilizar como nanocompuesto para aumentar la eficacia de los antibi\u00f3ticos (\u00a0<\/span><span>Byeth et al., 2015<\/span><span>\u00a0).\u00a0Los iones Cu\u00a0<\/span><sup><span>2+<\/span><\/sup><span>\u00a0a altas concentraciones generan efectos t\u00f3xicos al generar ROS, lo que altera la bios\u00edntesis de amino\u00e1cidos y el ADN (\u00a0<\/span><span>Esteban-Tejeda et al., 2009<\/span><span>\u00a0).\u00a0La actividad de las NP de Cu tambi\u00e9n depende de la especie, por ejemplo, las NP de Cu tienen una mayor actividad antibacteriana contra\u00a0<\/span><em><span>B. subtilis<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0debido a su afinidad por las aminas muy abundantes y el grupo carboxilo en las superficies celulares (<\/span><span>Ruparelia et al., 2008;\u00a0Yoon et al., 2007<\/span><span>\u00a0).\u00a0Pueden liberarse iones de cobre que se intercalan con cadenas de \u00e1cido nucleico y tambi\u00e9n inhiben otros procesos bioqu\u00edmicos (\u00a0<\/span><span>Ruparelia et al., 2008<\/span><span>\u00a0).\u00a0Se ha descubierto que las NP de Cu son eficaces contra una variedad de HAI.\u00a0La combinaci\u00f3n de Cu NP y Ag NP mostr\u00f3 una mayor toxicidad para las bacterias Gram-negativas (\u00a0<\/span><span>Rai y Bai, 2015<\/span><span>\u00a0).<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proyecto NANOCU tiene como objetivo principal la obtenci\u00f3n de formulados a base de nanopart\u00edculas de cobre como nuevas aportaciones a la protecci\u00f3n vegetal, concretamente para el control de enfermedades causadas por hongos y bacterias.
